WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT YOU TO BOOK?
Due to the commitment and time I dedicate to each client, I only accept a limited number of appointments per month.
Please contact me at least 2 weeks prior to the date you’d like to be photographed. Saturday appointments should be made 3-4 weeks in advance as they are in high demand.
Maternity sessions should be scheduled during your 6th or 7th month of pregnancy depending on how well you feel & how much you are showing.
Newborns, notify me of your due date as soon as possible. I will make note of your potential bundle’s arrival date & guarantee an opening for him/ her. Then, have a family member contact me as soon as your new bundle arrives. I will set aside some time to schedule your shoot asap. Posed newborn sessions are photographed during the first 10 days of life. After two weeks of age, sleepy posed pictures are much more difficult to capture. Additional time will most likely be required.
WHEN IS MY SESSION FEE DUE?
Fees are due in full at the time of booking. This includes combined packages that offer multi session discounts. Cash, check & credit card payments are welcome. All sales are non-negotiable and subject to Arizona tax.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND?
While there is no magic number, most clients spend between $500 to $1200 per session. What you spend is ultimately up to you! Payment plans are offered at no interest so that you can order whatever your wish without the immediate financial burden.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
A great way to rack up goodies is through my referral program! For every new client you refer to me, I will gift you a $50 credit towards your next session or prints. As an added bonus, the new client will receive $50 off their first session as well! There is no limit on referral discounts. It’s a great way to save & make your friends look good while you do! Credits can be used towards future sessions or towards the product of your choice. Referral credits expire after one year.
WHAT DOES MY SESSION FEE INCLUDE?
Package fees include the time, experience & talent of the photographer at one location, a combination of 20-40 custom images to order from & a password protected online gallery. Packages do not include prints or digital files.
CAN I PURCHASE DIGITAL FILES?
Yes! I do offer the digital files as a part of some of my collections. Digital files include a print authorization document. This allows you to print the images at the lab of your choice or use them in your Holiday card. I will provide you with a lab recommendation to ensure you receive the best consumer quality available.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The days of matching everyone perfectly are o-v-e-r! Allow your family to dress in a way that suits each individual’s style. Pick a color & choose complimentary patterns & colors based on it. Don’t be afraid. Have fun with your choices & allow each member of your family to rock their individual style!
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO HAVE MY SHOOT?
Don’t worry! I have a variety of locations I can recommend based on what type of scenery interests you. Newborns & nude maternity sessions are always done in my home studio.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY IMAGES BACK AFTER MY SESSION?
Galleries are provided approximately two weeks after our session date. Images can be expedited for a additional 20% above the session price.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RESHOOT?
Should you decide you don’t like your hair, outfit choice or if your child really isn’t in the mood to be in front of the camera after we’ve begun, that’s ok! I’ll gladly reshoot your session for 50% of the session price. However, if the weather isn’t cooperating or if there is an issue on my part, I’ll gladly reshoot at no additional charge.
